Mark Carney elected with 85.9% votes

Liberal Party of Canada elected a new leader Sunday evening and that’s Mark Carney who won with 85.9% (131,674 votes) of casted ballots. Chrystia Freeland got 8%, Karina Gould 3.2 and Frank Baylis got 3% of votes. In his unprecedented victory speech he has asked for Unity in the Country to prepare to fight a looming tariff war.
